12 stall private facility on 100 acres. Features pine cathedral ceilings, custom 12’x12’ stalls, rubber interlocking flooring in hallways, four tack up/wash stall areas. Large feed room with custom stainless sink.
Tack room is large with custom island set to accommodate storage and cleaning of all tack, coffered ceilings and reclaimed barn board walls. This is open to the viewing area which has a ‘pub’ style feel to it with brick patterned walls, fire place and large sit up island at the kitchen area. Both areas finished with slate flooring c/w in floor heating.
The indoor arena is 80’x200’ in size. it is insulated and lined with windows for natural light.
Outdoor ring is 150’x240’ in size.
Custom pillars and gates as you enter the farm, and a driveway lined with trees and paddocks.
Stonewood completed all design work, permit process, budgeting and management of complete site on this project.
