Equestrian Construction Projects
Construction of a 38’x76’ 8 stall private barn with tack room, wash stall and feed room.
Stonewood prepared design concepts for an existing bank barn facility. Design was to include 24 stalls, tack up/wash stall area, tack room, feed room, laundry room.
12 stall private facility on 100 acres. Features pine cathedral ceilings, custom 12’x12’ stalls, rubber interlocking flooring in hallways, four tack up/wash stall areas.
30’x60’ existing barn. Created floor plan to maximize stall space, ventilation and natural light. Final design has 5 stalls, lots of windows, storage area & feed area.
30’x40’ three car garage. Pole frame construction with insulated walls with concrete slab floor. Decorative posts with front overhang.
Stonewood was brought into the project to develop the design of a 13 stall stable complete with tack up/wash stall area, tack room, feed room, office, hay and shavings storage.
20’x40’ run in shed. Coordination with fencing and water to the area. Run in is tucked amongst trees to best work with the orientation on the site and work with view lines from the house.
Stonewood has been an integral part of the development of Angelstone Tournaments, one of North America’s fastest growing Equestrian competition venues.
40’x50’ existing bank barn to be renovated. Final design allows for more natural light into the stalls plus proper working lights through the hallways and stall areas.
Renovation of existing 80’x240’ structure. Final design to house 16 stalls, tack and viewing room, wash stalls and all the storage needed for a full functioning Hunter barn!
Stonewood Management continues to advise Braestone on “horse culture” and how that translates into the design detailing of the paddocks, barns and distinctive fencing you see at Braestone.
A rebuild of an existing ring, to convert into a 120’x 220’ ring, landscaping and 4 dirt ‘spring’ paddocks.
Re-energizing the footing of an outdoor ring to improve the base, footing and irrigation.
